My force are object/props and fantasy animals like dragons, but I decided recently to go outside my comfort zone and I now dabble in humanoid.

Clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions or adopt designs (the artists work) for NFT or ANY kind of crypto currency!!~ COMMISSIONS ~
Unless agreed upon, DO NOT use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
Do not claim the artwork as something you made. Give proper credits if you post elsewhere.
If the art piece has already been started, full refunds are not allowed. I will give an amount back depending on how much work has already been done so that I'm properly compensated for the work, time, and effort I put into it.
Payment will be given upfront.
Changes and alterations to Work must be requested before being completed. After the Work has been completed I cannot guarantee being able to make alterations and is not obligated to do so.
I retain the Copyright of the Work. This means that I have the right to display and reupload the Work at my discretion for the purpose of advertising my artwork or portfolios. If this bothers you, feel free to discuss it with me!
I am not obligated to accept all commission requests if I feel uncomfortable with the character or other things. Please respect this.
I have the right to change the prices of my artwork. Of course I will never change the prices we had already agreed upon, but keep in mind that the pricing can change at any point for future commissions.
By commissioning or obtaining my designs, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to do so will result in being blacklisted and blocked from further art and designs by me

~ ADOPTS ~
-Do not resell at a higher price than what you paid for unless it has commissioned art added to their gallery.
-Do not claim the design or artwork as something you made. Give proper credits if you post elsewhere.
-Do not steal or use any designs that you have not paid for, this includes face claims and such.
-Commercial use is allowed,but a fee will be charge upon discussion! But please don't use my art of the character for commercial purposes.
-When trading my designs, please don't increase the value of my designs without permission. ie. You traded a character with higher value to get mine and put the previous adopt's price onto mine. Don't be afraid to simply talk to me about it, in most cases I will simply say yes! I'd just like to know what's going on beforehand.
-Please don't use any of my designs to promote hate/hate speech, racism, etc.
Once bought, you may tweak and change the design however you like, but you MUST draw it separately. DO NOT edit my existing art.
If you do change how the design looks, please don't change it so much to where it's basically a whole new design and completely unrecognizable.
-No refunds are allowed after purchase.
You may NOT place restrictions on a design you are reselling to someone else, such as forcing them to keep the character of the design, holding them to maintain relationships previously established for the design, etc.
-DO NOT heavily reference, trace, steal or copy my character designs. If it looks like the exact character with 2 or less aspects different, I will contact the client about it. Refusal and unwillingness to change the closer aspects of stolen design will lead to a block and blacklist.
For characters that were obtained for free, you may gift or trade but selling is NOT allowed.
